Kate Emms, Director of Marketing & Founder of 3SIXTY Marketing Solutions

Kate founded 3SIXTY Marketing Solutions in 2011 because there was a gap in the marketplace between education and media buying. Business owners were too busy to manage all of their marketing, design, websites & social media at the same time. As a result, she built a skilled, agile team with the mission of becoming the in-house marketing team business owners needed to generate real results on their bottom line without having to pay the salary of 6 individual staff.

Kate is hands-on with every marketing plan or project, digital or traditional that comes through the agency. She coaches her team & leads the direction of client initiatives to create the best results using the tools at hand because she firmly believes that any effort in business needs to have a positive ROI attached to it. 

Kate graduated from the Graphic Design & Advertising Program at Georgian College in 2004.
